State-Approved Apprenticeship Programs: We offer classroom and hands-on training in the carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, sheet metal, and sprinkler fitting trades.

Industry Seminars: We offer management seminars on everything from Project Management to LEED AP to seminars on "How to better understand construction contractors."  Our monthly Lunch 'n Learn series provides practical insight on the The Art of Getting Paid to How to Manage Your Bi-Lingual Workforce.

Safety: ABC is the largest provider of construction safety training in the greater Baltimore Metro area.  We are the ONLY construction organization in Maryland that employs a full-time OSHA Authorized Outreach trainer.  Each year we train hundreds of individuals in everything from OSHA 10-Hour to Fall Protection, to Flagger to Crane Safety to First Aid/CPR.  ABC also performs jobsite inspections for many of our members.

JumpStart Pre-Apprenticeship Training: ABC's JumpStart program provides our members with pre-screened job applicants who have been through an intense pre-apprenticeship program that includes hands-on-training, job readiness training, construction math and more.  Contact Kate McShane to find out more.
